Good to know
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email from Zion Apartment stating the dates, accommodation type and requested services, and once the requested deposit has been received.
Bookings may be cancelled up to five days before arrival. Before this deadline, the deposit is refunded in full. From five days before the scheduled start of the booking, the property retains the deposit.
A deposit of 30% to 50%, depending on the length of the stay, is required during the booking process. The balance is payable on arrival in cash or by bank transfer. Monthly installments may also be arranged when bookings are made sufficiently far in advance.
Guests are responsible for providing accurate information when booking and for complying with the residence rules during their stay.
Zion Apartment cannot be held liable for loss, damage or injury sustained during the stay. Guests are advised to take out suitable travel insurance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Collectivity of Saint Martin.
