Zion Appartment is a vacation rental located in the private Color Residence, in the heart of Orient Bay, on the French side of Sint-Maarten (Northern Caribbean). Genuinely bright, air-conditioned, and fully equipped, it accommodates up to 3 adults in a peaceful setting: a large residence swimming pool, a shaded terrace, the beach just a short walk away, and the Village Square for your gourmet evenings.
Owned by SAS Helmmer Foncier, a subsidiary of the family-owned Helmmer group based in Saint-Barthélemy, Zion is managed with the same high standard of hospitality as the Riad Mumtaz in Marrakech and enriched by our local insights — the Petit Marrakechi blog and Les Échos du Mumtaz on the riad's website.
Your Hosts
Drawing from an experience that began on Reunion Island in 2003, we have a rich background in welcoming travelers, a journey that peaked with the beautiful Riad Eden, a boutique guest house in the heart of the Marrakech Medina. Today, we continue this adventure with Riad Mumtaz, while extending our hospitality to the 'Friendly Island' in our cozy nest in Orient Bay.
We are at your service
With an hospitality journey started in 2003, we pride ourselves on a genuine dedication to our guests, cultivated over years managing fine properties. After spending six years running a restaurant in Saint-Barthélemy, our desire to welcome vacationers brought us back to the Friendly Island, right here in Orient Bay.
Today, the Helmmer group unites our hospitality branches — including Riad Mumtaz in Marrakech and Zion Appartment in Sint-Maarten. We are always listening to your needs: we have a solution for everything, especially for your comfort.

Orient Bay is a beautiful coastal village located in the north-east of Sint-Maarten. The beach is one of the largest and most popular on the island, stretching over nearly 2 kilometers of pristine white sand along the Atlantic Ocean.
The village square is a very friendly spot where you will find a wide variety of cuisines from all over the world: traditional Caribbean BBQ, French fine dining, pizza, sushi, or tapas. This major culinary hotspot on the island is a short 2-minute walk from your front door.

Hélène and Emmanuel were absolutely perfect from start to finish. The apartment is very comfortable, the terrace well equipped, and beautifully peaceful in the evening. Top location. I will definitely be back!
Great location, the pool is right there, and the neighborhood is very quiet. The beach at 200 meters is huge, everything was simple. Excellent value for money, thank you to the lovely owners!
